Toy maker Hasbro Inc. bought Irish animationcompany Boulder Media for anundisclosed sum.

Boulder will continue making animated series for third-partyclients while producing animation projects for Hasbro brands, according to aJuly 13 news release. It will also keep its brand, with its team reporting toStephen Davis, head of Hasbro's entertainment and consumer products licensingdivision.

Boulder has produced animation series for , , and the Itwas founded in 2000 and has about 150 employees.
