Australia's Capitol Health Ltd. said it acquired a small radiology clinic in Melbourne.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Capitol Health said it secured the full-time services of clinic owner Ivor Berman, who will join its Vermont clinic group in Melbourne.

The company, which provides diagnostic imaging and related services, expects to finalize a number of acquisitions over the coming months.
