Blackstone Group Inc. bought four rental complexes totaling 862 units in the Los Angeles area from TruAmerica Multifamily in a $312 million deal, The Real Deal reported.

The private equity giant acquired the 368-unit Vicino Apartments at 12350 Del Amo Blvd. in Lakewood and the 160-unit Harborview Apartments in the suburban span of northwest San Pedro.

In Santa Clarita, it purchased two neighboring complexes: the 176-unit Canyon Ridge Apartments and the 158-unit Canyon Crest Apartments.
