Syngenta to delist American depositary shares from NYSE

Syngenta AG plans to voluntarily delist its American depositary shares from the New York Stock Exchange and deregister the shares in connection with its acquisition by China National Chemical Corp.

Syngenta announced the cancellation of all of its publicly held registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.10 each in connection with ChemChina's subsidiary CNAC Saturn (NL) BV's completion of the public tender offer for all publicly held registered shares of Syngenta.

CNAC Saturn will own 100% of all outstanding registered shares of the agricultural products company after the cancellation.
