African BankInvestments Ltd. reached an agreement with its two South Africancompanies that are part of a black economic empowerment scheme, HlumisaInvestment Holdings (RF) Ltd. and Eyomhlaba Investment Holdings (RF) Ltd., onJuly 12 for full and final settlement of all of its , ABIL said July 25.
Pursuant tothe business rescue plan, Hlumisa returned its 25,911,800 ordinaryshares and Eyomhlaba returned its 48,176,160 ordinary shares to ABIL.
Hlumisa's shares represented 1.73% of ABIL's issued ordinaryshare capital, while Eyomhlaba's represented 3.21%.
These ordinary shares, having been returned to ABIL, will becancelled.
