The board of directors of KBC Group NV named Katelijn Callewaert to succeed Luc Discry, who will retire, as executive director at Cera and KBC Ancora SCA.
In addition, Walter Nonneman and Matthieu Vanhove will replace Lode Morlion and Ghislaine Van Kerckhove on KBC's board, as their terms in the Cera group have come to an end.
Callewaert is currently an executive director at Cera and KBC Ancora, while Nonneman is an external director at Cera and an independent director at Fluxys Belgium NV. Vanhove is a director and member of the management committee of Cera, an executive director of BRS Microfinance Coop and chairman of the National Council of Cooperatives.
The proposal for all appointments, which will be effective Dec. 16, will be made at the annual general meeting on May 4, 2017.
