Henley Investments's U.S. division inked three deals worth a total of $100 million to purchase more than 1,000 rental units in Manhattan, N.Y., and Phoenix, Ariz., Property Week reported Oct. 5.

In Manhattan, Henley USA acquired two six-story apartment buildings comprising 48 units across 31,152 square feet.

It bought two multifamily housing buildings providing 481 flats and a 488-unit multifamily asset, both in Phoenix. The two assets will be grouped from two separate schemes into a combined community, the publication noted.
