CIMB Group Holdings Bhd. appointed Adisorn Sermchaiwong president and CEO of its unit CIMB Thai Bank PCL, effective Oct. 19.

Prior to the appointment, Adisorn was acting president and CEO of CIMB Thai Bank. He succeeds Kittiphun Anutarasoti, who will depart at the expiry of his current contract.
