Hocking Valley Bank names long-time exec as CEO

Hocking Valley Bank named Tammy Bobo president and CEO, The Athens (Ohio) Messenger reported.

Bobo will replace Scott Nisley when he retires in early October. Bobo has been with the Athens, Ohio-based bank for 31 years, and is currently a senior vice president, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

Also, Senior Vice President Candy Kemmerer and Vice President Polly Sumney will become executive vice presidents, while Vice President Craig Sweeney will be a senior vice president. Vice President Jeff Swaim will also become a more active part of the company's senior management, according to the report.
