Willis Towers Watson to acquire South African management consultancy

Willis Towers Watson PLC agreed to acquire South African management consultancy and remuneration adviser PE Corporate Services.

The acquisition reflects Willis Towers Watson's strategic ambitions for growth in Africa, the company said. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and the deal is expected to close before the end of the first quarter of 2020.

The companies have been strategic partners since 2014. PE Corporate Services provides salary surveys, remuneration advisory and learning and development in South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa.
