GLP incorporates 5 indirect subsidiaries in US, Cayman Islands

Global Logistic Properties Ltd. incorporated four indirect investment holding subsidiaries in the U.S. and another one in the Cayman Islands on Dec. 27.

The newly incorporated Delaware-based subsidiaries are Gear US Investments IV LLC, Gear US Investments V LLC, Gear Centreport 2 LLC and Gear Centreport 4 LLC. Meanwhile, China Logistic Investment Holding (3) Ltd., with a paid-up capital of US$1, is GLP's latest Cayman Islands-incorporated subsidiary.
