Red Bank, N.J.-based OceanFirst Financial Corp. has received all regulatory approvals and requisite shareholder approvals for its previously announced merger with Tinton Falls, N.J.-based Two River Bancorp and New York-based Country Bank Holding Co. Inc.

OceanFirst Financial expects to close both the deals on or about Jan. 1, 2020.
