Assure Holdings Corp. appointed Christopher Rumana to the board, effective Dec. 19.

Rumana is president and chairman of Caduceus Systems LLC, a joint venture pain management facility. In addition, he serves as director and chairman at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Inc.

Parker, Colo.-based Assure Holdings delivers technical and professional surgical support services in connection with interoperative neuro-monitoring procedures.
