Shippensburg,Pa.-based OrrstownBank, a unit of Orrstown Financial Services Inc., named senior vicepresident and regional senior loan officer, according to a May 9 news release.Wasson's career includes working for First National Bank of Pennsylvania, a subsidiary ofF.N.B. Corp.


Miami Lakes, Fla.-based BankUnited Inc. appointed DanielValdés senior vice president and Florida risk and qualitymanager, the Miami Herald reportedMay 9. Valdés previously servedas senior vice president, anti-money-laundering advisory, at Citigroup Inc.

Tyson Carballo wasappointed senior vice president for corporate procurement. Carballorejoins BankUnited from CGI Group Inc., where he served as global procurementdirector, according to the report.


GlenMalan was named executive vice president of Commerce Trust Co., a division of Kansas City, Mo.-based , the Wichita (Kan.) Business Journal reported May 9. Malan has been with Commerce Trust since 2014. Commerce Bank isa unit of Commerce BancsharesInc.


Oak Ridge, N.J.-based , a subsidiary ofLakeland Bancorp Inc.,promoted Mark McCoyto senior vice president and market and small business manager for Oak Ridge.McCoy's career in the bank, which he joined in June 2010, includes serving as vicepresident and small business banking coordinator in its retail division,according to a May 9 news release.


Clarksville,Tenn.-based F&MBank, a unit of F&M Financial Corp., promotedKhandra Smalley, Pamela Settle-Kelley and Donna Lancaster to senior vicepresidents, The (Clarksville, Tenn.) Leaf-Chronicle reported May 9. Lancasterwas also appointed director of internal audit and compliance.

Smalleywas previously vice president of marketing research, while Settle-Kelley wasvice president and operations manager. Lancaster previously served the bank asvice president and director of regulatory compliance, according to the report.


Ellisville, Miss.-based Community Bank, a unit of Brandon, Miss.-basedCommunity Bancshares ofMississippi Inc., appointed KyleCovington senior vice president, TheMeridian (Miss.) Star reportedMay 8. Covington will focus on commercial lending.


Defiance, Ohio-based First Federal Bank of the Midwest, a subsidiary ofFirst Defiance FinancialCorp., promoted RyanMiller to senior vice president and senior commercial lender,Defiance-based The Crescent-News reported May 8.


NicholasPaumgarten is not seeking re-election to the of Blairsville, Ga.-basedUnited Community Banks Inc.,according to a May 6 filing. He will end his service on the company's boardfollowing the 2016 annual meeting of shareholders on May 11.
