Athenex Inc. agreed to sell $60 million of its common stock in a private offering.
The Buffalo, N.Y.-based company agreed to sell 3,945,750 shares at $15.30 apiece to M. Kingdon Offshore Master Fund LP, Schonfeld Strategic 460 Fund LLC, Point72 Associates LLC, J. Goldman Master Fund LP and Avoro Life Sciences Fund LLC.
The offering is scheduled to close Dec. 9.
