Exantas Capital to increase Q3 dividend

Exantas Capital Corp.'s management expects the company to declare a cash dividend of 25 cents per common share for the third quarter.

The dividend would be an 11.1% increase over the second-quarter payout of 22.5 cents per share.

The company reported GAAP net income allocable to common shares of $6.3 million, or 20 cents per share, for the three months ended June 30, compared to $6.2 million, or 20 cents per share, for the same period in 2018.
