Waterland Securities Co., Ltd. appointed Shiow-Ling Wu a director, replacing Chao-Jung Chen.

Shiow-Ling Wu is a vice president and general manager at the treasury department of Mega International Commercial Bank Co. Ltd. The new appointment will take effect from Dec. 13.
