Bank of Utah elects new executives

Ben Browning was named vice chair of the board of Ogden, Utah-based BOU Bancorp Inc., the holding company of Bank of Utah.

Ben Browning is the great-grandson of Bank of Utah founder Frank Browning, and has been with the bank for 12 years.

Roger Shumway was elected executive vice president, and senior wealth management and foreign exchange director. Shumway was previously executive vice president and chief credit officer.

Cari Fullerton was elected senior vice president and chief credit officer. Fullerton has been with Bank of Utah since 1997 and was commercial lending team leader and senior credit administrator on the bank's senior management team.
