Australia's Centuria Metropolitan REIT forecasts distributable earnings and distributions for its fiscal year 2019 at 17.6 Australian cents per security.
The company said it expects to close its acquisition of the property at 2 Kendall St. in Victoria, Australia, in December, and has started the sale process for two industrial assets. Centuria also expects to close its sale of 3 Carlingford Road in New South Wales, Australia, in November.
The company also said it will begin reporting its financials on a funds-from-operations basis.
