Old Dominion Electric names new board member

Old Dominion Electric Cooperative on Dec. 13 appointed Chad Fowler as a member on the company's board to replace Paul Owen.

Fowler was recommended by Community Electric Cooperative, for which he is also a board member representing the city of Suffolk, Va. At Old Dominion he will serve on the bylaws and policy, power supply and resources, rate design, and strategic planning committees, according to a Dec. 14 Form 8-K filing.
