HDFC Bank sets up US$3B note program

India's HDFC Bank Ltd. has established a medium-term note program worth US$3 billion.

Notes issued under the program will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd., according to a Dec. 7 release.

Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., among others, serve as arrangers and dealers for the note program.
