Moody's withdraws ratings of OTP Bank's Russian unit

Moody's on May 11 withdrew the ratings of unit for the agency's ownbusiness reasons.

The ratings withdrawn were the bank's Ba3/Not-Prime local-and foreign-currency deposit ratings, its "b2" baseline creditassessment, its "ba3" adjusted baseline credit assessment and its Ba2(cr)/Not-Prime(cr)counterparty risk assessments.

The bank's long-term deposit ratings carried a negativeoutlook at the time of withdrawal.
