Intesa Sanpaolo issues €1.5B in bonds

Intesa Sanpaolo SpA issued €1.5 billion in two series of international bonds, Cbonds said May 25.

The first series, worth €750 million, carries a floating-rate coupon of the three-month euro interbank offered rate plus 0.91% and matures May 28, 2027.

The second €750 million series carries a floating-rate coupon of three-month Euribor plus 0.98% and matures May 28, 2028.

Both series were sold at par.

Banca IMI served as sole book runner for both issuances.
