Live Ventures wins dismissal of all litigation

Live Ventures Inc. won the complete dismissal of the remaining federal shareholder derivative lawsuit filed against the company.

Keith Kolish, a Live Ventures shareholder, dismissed the suit, following the voluntary dismissal of a related alleged securities class-action lawsuit in the same court, the company said Dec. 7.

The previous suit was dismissed after the company filed a motion that the case be dismissed because it lacked a valid legal and factual basis. No fees or settlements or other form of payments were made to the plaintiff in connection with this dismissal.
