Fastener Distribution Holdings LLC bought Pdq Airspares Ltd. for an undisclosed amount.

Fastener Distribution, which is owned by midmarket private equity firm Audax Private Equity, is a hardware and replacement parts distributor catering to commercial and defense aircraft manufacturers, subcontractors and component distributors.

Pdq Airspares is an aerospace consumables distributor and supply-chain-management services provider to maintenance, repair and operating supply and airline customers.

The acquisition will widen the California-based components distributor's presence and broaden its international operations with facilities in the U.K., Poland, Singapore and China.
