Red 5 Ltd. said March 26 that full processing operations at its Darlot gold mine in Western Australia have resumed, following a period of reduced production rates while issues with the project's first mill were being fixed.
The mill was restarted March 22, allowing the process plant to revert to throughput rates of between 100 and 110 tonnes per hour, which is more than 900,000 tonnes per annum.
Forecast gold production for the March quarter remains at between 12,000 and 15,000 ounces, with full-year 2018 production guidance unchanged at between 85,000 and 95,000 ounces.
