Parkway Minerals NL, formerly known as Potash West NL, completed an option agreement to purchase the Yallambee property in Western Australia.
Yallambee covers 92% of the indicated resources hosted by the company's Dinner Hill project, which forms part of its Dandaragan Trough phosphate-potash property.
The company on Dec. 19 said indicated resources delineated at Dinner Hill could supply phosphates and potash to the agricultural sector for many decades, with a projected mine life of more than 40 years.
