Investis Holding acquires stake in real estate startup

Switzerland-based residential property company Investis Holding SA said it acquired a 28.6% equity stake in Neho, a real estate brokerage startup business.

Investis was already indirectly an investor in Neho through its minority stake in Polytech Ventures Holding SA. Investis is now a beneficial owner of roughly 44% of Neho, although the stake could be reduced to less than 37% due to agreements between existing shareholders.

The move is part of Investis' push to invest in future-oriented startups in the real estate sector.

Neho is based in the Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne in Lausanne, Switzerland.
