China's Shengjing Bank lowers FY'17 dividend

Shengjing Bank Co. Ltd.'s board proposed a cash dividend of 18 Chinese fen per share for full-year 2017, down from the prior year's cash dividend of 25 fen per share.

The dividend will be paid Aug. 2 to shareholders on record as of June 11.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval, the bank said March 23.

As of March 23, US$1 was equivalent to 6.31 Chinese yuan.
