White MountainsInsurance Group Ltd. has received consents or approvals for the of Sirius InternationalInsurance Group Ltd. to China MinshengInvestment Corp. Ltd.

The transaction has been approved by the applicable regulatorybodies in Australia, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Sweden and the U.K., according to a Form8-K filed March 30.

The New York Superintendent of Financial Services' approval isthe final outstanding regulatory consent or approval needed to close the transaction.The deal, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to closein April.
