Tallahassee, Fla.-based SunshineSavings Bank completed its conversionto a Florida state bank charter from a federal savings bank charter and changedits legal name to Sunshine Community Bank.

With the conversion, the Florida Office of Financial Regulationwill be the bank's primary regulator, according to a Form 8-K.

The Federal Reserve will continue to regulate the bank's parentcompany, Sunshine Financial Inc.
