Highlander Partners LP President and Managing Partner Jeff Hull was appointed CEO, effective Dec. 1.

Hull will retain his existing positions upon becoming CEO. His oversight of the middle-market private equity firm's North American investments will be expanded to include those in Europe and Asia.

Vice Chairman Michael Nicolais will remain in his position through Dec. 31, 2019, as he transitions his responsibilities to other personnel.
