BB Seguridade Participações SA said Sérgio Augusto Kurovski resigned from the company, where he served as chief commercial and product officer.

André Renato Viard Fortino replaced Kurovski in the position, effective Oct. 1.

Fortino was previously a commercial officer and large risks officer at Grupo Segurador BB e MAPFRE. He also worked at Banco do Brasil SA as head of retail business and head of corporate banking.
