AmericanMidstream Partners LP appointed Eric Kalamaras senior vicepresident and CFO, effective July 11.

Kalamaras succeeds Dan Campbell, who was American Midstream'sCFO since 2012, according to a July 11 news release. Campbell has chosen not tojoin the move of the partnership's corporate headquarters from Denver toHouston due to personal reasons.

Kalamaras recently served as executive vice president andCFO of Azure Midstream PartnersLP and AzureMidstream Co. LLC.
