Starboard Realty Advisors LLC acquired the 200-unit The Metro multifamily community in Cobb County, Ga., for $38 million.

The developer purchased the 97%-occupied property from Audubon Communities, which also sold the 302-unit Forest Hills at Vinings multifamily property, also in metro Atlanta, to Sunbelt Residential in a separate deal. Audubon sold the Forest Hills at Vinings asset for $43.2 million in a partnership with Harbert Real Estate.
