Erich Hampel resigned as chairman of the supervisory board at Zagrebacka Banka d.d. the Croatian lender said Dec. 10.

The executive stepped down from his role at Zagrebačka banka after also resigning as the chairman of the supervisory board of UniCredit Bank Austria AG in November. On Dec. 10, the Austrian bank appointed Gianni Franco Papa as the new chairman of its supervisory board.

UniCredit SpA is the ultimate parent of both banks.
