Australia's Fatfish Blockchain accepts offer for venture capital subsidiary

Australia-based Fatfish Blockchain Ltd. said Nov. 15 that it accepted a binding offer to merge its venture builder subsidiary, Fatfish Global Ventures AB, with Swedish private equity group Abelco Investment Group AB (publ).

Fatfish Blockchain will transfer its 81% shareholding in Fatfish Global Ventures to Abelco Investment in return for 704,410,476 Abelco Investment shares worth a total of A$12.7 million. The deal will give Fatfish Blockchain a 50.1% stake in Abelco Investment's enlarged share capital.

The transaction is subject to the approval of shareholders of Fatfish Blockchain and Abelco Investment, respectively.
