DDR sheds North Canton, Ohio, property for $67M

DDR Corp. off-loaded Belden Park Crossings in North Canton, Ohio, to Stark Enterprises for $67 million, The Plain Dealer of Cleveland reported.

Tenants at the property include Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Value City Furniture, Fresh Thyme, Ulta, Petsmart and DSW.

According to the report, the purchase includes most of the shopping center's retail space, encompassing more than 482,000 square feet. However, the Target store and some additional retail buildings were not part of the transaction, the report added.
