Zazu Metals applies for TSX delisting

Zazu Metals Corp. said Oct. 5 that it has applied to delist its shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange and move its listing to the TSX Venture Exchange, which is expected to provide greater operational efficiency and lower costs for the miner.

The company was informed in June that its TSX listing is under review for its compliance with the bourse's continued listing requirements and was granted 120 days to meet the TSX requirements.

Zazu said it has started talks with the TSX-V, and the company plans to complete the listing transfer within the timing of listing extensions granted by the TSX.

The delisting is expected within 30 to 60 days, and Zazu's transfer to the TSX-V remains subject to the bourse's approval.
