Australia's Vocus Group loses sales director, gains board member

Vocus Group is losing Matthew Hollis, its corporate and wholesale director for sales and marketing, The Australian Financial Review reported Dec. 12.

Hollis, who worked for the Australian telco for six years, reportedly left the company to join Superloop, a provider of connectivity services in the Asia-Pacific region.

AFR also reported Dec. 13 that former Telstra Corp. Ltd. chairman and director Bob Mansfield is joining the Vocus Group board, effective Jan. 1, 2017. He will take one of the seats vacated by James Spenceley and Tony Grist, who left the board in October.

Mansfield has held directorships at Westfield, Allco, Dimension Data, Investec Bank and McDonald's.
