Ceridian prices secondary public offering

Ceridian HCM Holding Inc.'s secondary public offering of 8 million shares by shareholders Cannae Holdings Inc. and affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners LP priced at $50.50 per share.

According to a prospectus, Cannae is selling 2 million shares in the offering and Thomas H. Lee affiliates are selling 6 million shares, reducing their respective stakes in the company to 21.9% and 29.3%.

Ceridian is a human capital management software company. It went public in April 2018.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is underwriting the offering.
