Falck Renewables closes €36.9M purchase of French wind portfolio

Falck Energies Renouvelables SAS completed the acquisition of five operational wind farms in France.

The company paid about €36.9 million to acquire the wind portfolio from Glennmont Clean Energy Cooperatief UA, according to a March 15 news release. Falck Energies financed the deal with its own resources.

The wind portfolio has an installed capacity of 59.5 MW and total export capacity of 56 MW.

Falck Energies is a subsidiary of Falck Renewables SpA.
