AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets bought a roughly €250 million portfolio of care homes in the suburbs of Paris from GDP VENDOME Group through financial lease agreements.

The fully occupied portfolio consists of eight nursing homes, comprising a total of more than 40,600 square meters and 815 care beds, in the communes of Asnières, Maisons-Laffitte, St Cloud and Sèvres.

The properties are run by a private nursing home operator.
