Invesco Real Estate Ltd. purchased a three-property logistics portfolio in Spain for €173 million, IPE Real Assets reported.

The real estate investment manager is making the acquisition of the properties, comprising 189,500 square meters of space in Barcelona and Madrid, for two of its German separate account mandates, according to the Oct. 4 report.

The company bought two of the properties in August and expects to close on the third warehouse in the fourth quarter, the publication added.
