SocGen posts YOY decline in Q2 profit

Société Générale SA reported net banking income of €5.20 billion for the second quarter, down 25.6% from €6.98 billion in the year-ago period.

The lender posted group net income of €1.06 billion, compared with €1.46 billion in the year-ago period.
