Enel Green Power completes 4 wind farms in Spain

Enel Green Power España SLU completed four wind farms with a combined capacity of 98 MW in the province of Zaragoza in Spain.

The four facilities, namely El Campo, La Estanca, Loma Gorda and Santo Domingo de Luna, represent an investment of €100 million, the Endesa SA subsidiary said in a news release.

The La Estanca facility is 51%-owned by Enel Green Power and 49% by Bancale Servicios Integrales. The Santo Domingo de Luna facility is 51%-owned by Enel Green Power and 49% by General Eólica Aragonesa.

In 2017, Enel Green Power secured 540 MW of wind and 339 MW of solar energy projects in government auctions. So far, the company has completed 339 MW of solar and some 285 MW of wind projects.

Endesa is majority-owned by Enel SpA.
