Sponda secures €1B loan facilities

Finnish property investment company Sponda Plc secured roughly €1.00 billion worth of loan facilities.

The company closed on a 600.0 million facility Dec. 15, while together with certain units, signed on for another secured, interest-bearing 400.0 million facility.

Additionally, Sponda said it will pay a dividend totaling 320 million and make an 80 million equity repayment from its invested unrestricted equity fund to its only shareholder, Polar Bidco S.à r.l., starting in the week beginning Dec. 24.
