Report: Credit Suisse issues $1B, $2B bonds

Credit SuisseGroup AG on April 13 issued a $1 billion bond and a $2 billion bond,Cbonds reported the following day. 

The $1 billion bond carries a coupon of three-month U.S. dollarLIBOR plus 2.29% and matures April 16, 2021. The $2 billion notes carry acoupon of 4.55% and mature April 17, 2026.

Credit Suisse served as bookrunner on the deals.
