Zeller Realty secures $215M loan for Chicago skyscraper

Zeller Realty Group Inc. obtained a $215 million loan from Morgan Stanley for its 65-story, 1.3 million-square-foot office building at 311 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago, The Real Deal reported, citing Cook County records.

The Chicago-based real estate company terminated its mortgages with the Bank of China and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce on the same day, the report added, citing records.

Zeller acquired the property in 2014 for $302 million in partnership with China's Cindat Capital Management.
