Hydro One spending C$20M to improve service reliability

Hydro One Ltd.is spending C$20 million this year to improve reliability and reducetree-related outages for its customers in Ontario's Muskoka and Parry Sounddistricts.

The investment includes line clearing, annual maintenanceand upgrades to more than 1,000 kilometers of lines on Hydro One's electricitydistribution system, according to an April 7 release. Forestry work is underwayand is expected to be complete by the end of 2016.
